ORDER : Local Rule 83.5(b) requires attorneys who are not admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Tennessee to file a motion for admission pro hac vice before proceeding in the case. Attorney Sarah M. Booher did not file the required motion upon initiation of this matter with the Court. The Clerk issued a Notice of Deficiency Pro Hac Vice [Doc. 6] on November 13, 2019, notifying counsel that she is not admitted to practice in this District in accordance with LR 83.5(b) and that the matter would be referred to the undersigned if an admission motion was not filed within 15 days. 28 days have passed since the Clerk's office issued the Notice of Deficiency and counsel has not complied with the Clerk's directive. Therefore, if Sarah M. Booher, Esq., has not moved for admission pro hac vice and otherwise complied with LR 83.5(b) on or before Monday, December 16, 2019, Ms. Booher shall be removed as counsel of record herein and will be prohibited from practicing in this case.
