Upon receipt of the Courts remand order, the Appeals Council of the Social SecurityAdministration SHALL REMAND the case with instructions to further evaluate Plaintiff's medical impairments, his subjective complaints, and the medical opinion evidence to assess Plaintiff's residual functional capacity (RFC). If necessary, the agency will obtain vocational expert testimony to resolve any conflict between the identified jobs and the RFC. The agency will also take any further action necessary to complete the administrative record, including a new hearing (if appropriate), and will issue a new decision. A separate judgment will enter.
