ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the notice of removal of Defendant, Wal-MartAssociates, Inc., of a petition filed in state court by Plaintiff, David Loyd, for civil contempt andto enforce a settlement order regarding Plaintiffs Tennessee workers compensation claim.1(Docs. 1, 1-3.) A civil action in any State court arising under the workmens compensation lawsof such State may not be removed to any district court of the United States. 28 U.S.C. 1445(c).Defendant shall SHOW CAUSE within fourteen days of the entry of this Order why the Courtshould not remand this action to state court under 28 U.S.C. 1445.
