ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs' Complaint [Doc. 1], in which they seek a preliminary injunction blocking Defendant from selling Hickory Ridge LLC because they claim to share an ownership interest in it, [id. 1719, 80, 117]. The Court may issue a temporary restraining order if a movant presents "specific facts in an affidavit or a verified complaint" in which the movant clearly show[s] that immediate an irreparable injury, loss, or damage will result to the movant before the adverse party can be heard in opposition. Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(b)(1)(A). Plaintiffs, however, have not filed a verified complaint or an affidavit.
