ORDER denying #11 Motion for Sanctions. For the reasons stated above, Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions [Doc. 11] is DENIED. The Court further notes that because Plaintiffs are representing themselves pro se, the Court can see how they could have been confused about Mr. Donicas status as Defendant's attorney, his current employment, and what constitutes fraud on the Court, but the allegations they have made against Mr. Donica are very serious. Plaintiffs should exercise caution moving forward in this litigation in making representations to the Court because similar unsupported allegations in the future could lead the Court to order sanctions against them.
