Filing 9 JUDGMENT: This case came before the Court on Plaintiff's Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees [Doc. 2]. For the reasons stated in the Court's April 25, 2023 Order [Doc. 7], Plaintiff's motion is DENIED. This case is DISMISSED WIHOUT PREJUDICE. Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to close this case. Filing 8 ORDER: On April 10, 2023, the magistrate judge entered an Order and Report and Recommendations ("R&R") denying Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis and recommending that the Court dismiss this case within thirty days if Plaintiff failed to pay the filing fee [Doc. 4]. Plaintiff did not timely object to the R&R [see Doc. 7]. The Court adopted the R&R, denied the motion, and ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee on or before May 10, 2022 [Doc. 7].
