ORDER: On April 10, 2023, the magistrate judge entered an Order and Report and Recommendations ("R&R") denying Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis and recommending that the Court dismiss this case within thirty days if Plaintiff failed to pay the filing fee [Doc. 4]. Plaintiff did not timely object to the R&R [see Doc. 7]. The Court adopted the R&R, denied the motion, and ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee on or before May 10, 2022 [Doc. 7]. Standing Order 18-04 authorizes district judges to "refer litigants with a history of repetitive, vexatious, or frivolous litigation to the chief judge to determine whether an injunction is appropriate." Such a referral is appropriate here.Accordingly, James Thurman is REFERRED to Chief Judge Travis R. McDonough for review and determination of whether an injunction is appropriate based on Plaintiffs repeated filing of frivolous lawsuits in this district.
