It is FURTHER ORDERED that the parties file a joint status report every 90 days from the date of this Order and that the parties file a notice of adjudication within seven days of the Sixth Circuit's decision in the above-referenced case. Lastly, the parties shall file a status report within 21 days of the Sixth Circuit's decision in the above-referenced case that addresses the impact of that decision on this matter.
