January 17, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 81 MEMORANDUM, OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiff is DIRECTED to SUBMIT the appropriate amount of damages, in accordance with what is stated in this memorandum opinion and within 7 days of the entry of this opinion, so that the Court may the n enter the appropriate judgment. Counsel for Plaintiff is DIRECTED to SUBMIT a statement of fees and costs with supporting documentation within 30 days of the entry of judgment. Judgment will be entered in favor of plaintiff and against Shaw Environ mental for unpaid compensation under the FLSA, for the two years prior to the filing of plaintiffs complaint. Plaintiff is not entitled to liquidated damages. Plaintiff's claims against the Shaw Group will be DISMISSED as a matter of law. Defend ants' post-trial Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 52(c) motions will also be DENIED.
