ORDER granting in part and denying in part 14 the defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment; the motion is granted as to plaintiffs' claims stemming from their being placed on probation in March 2007; the motion is denied as to the remainder of plaintiffs' claims. Defendant Scarbrough and defendant Jones' motions for summary judgment based on qualified immunity are also denied. The parties will prepare the case for trial.
