ORDER granting 31 Citifinancial Auto Credit, Inc.'s MOTION for Summary Judgment on its CROSS-CLAIM AGAINST DYNAMIC RECOVERY SERVICES, INC. as to its indemnification claim, and denying as to its claim for attorney fees and cos ts. Because the court has found that CitiFinancial is not liable for any of the Maynards' claims, any amount CitiFinancial agreed to pay to the Maynards in settlement that is not covered by the parties' agreement, is to be paid by DRS.
