Filing 13 ORDER that the Court ACCEPTS IN WHOLE the Report and Recommendation 11 and OVERRULES plaintiffs objection 12 . In addition to the above, this Court has carefully reviewed this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a) and hereby CERTIFIES, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal in this matter by plaintiff would not be taken in good faith and plaintiff may not proceed on appeal in forma pauperis. Filing 3 MEMORANDUM AND ORDERPursuant to Local Rule 3.2(d)(3), the undersigned finds that the captioned case is sufficiently related to the previously filed cases of: Powell v. Alcoa High School et al, Case NO. 3:09-cv-113(Varlan/Shirley); P owell v. Helen Ross McNabb Home Base Program et al, Case No. 3:09-cv-171(Varlan/Shirley); Powell v. State of Tennessee, et al, Case No. 3:10-cv-126 (Varlan/Shirley). The Court finds that these cases arise out of the same transaction or occurrence and involve one or more of the same parties, and are, therefore, related.
