The Clerk of Court SHALL FILE the proposed amended complaints, attached as Exhibit 1 to the Motions to Amend, as the Second Amended Complaints in these cases.The Ord er is also denying 20 Motion to Strike in case 3:13-cv-00054 and denying 21 Motion to Strike in case 3:13-cv-00055.
