ORDER that the Court GRANTS Defendants Gerald Cress, Cress Company, Inc. and Cress Development, LLCs Motion to Dismiss and/or, In the Alternative, Motion for More Definite Statement 10 to the extent that the Court DISMISSES this a ction for lack of jurisdiction.
