The Court finds the motion to stay [Doc. 3] well-taken and it is GRANTED. This action is STAY ED IN ITS ENTIRETY pending petitioner's exhaustion of his state court remedies. The respondent is ORDERED to inform the Court when the Tennessee Supreme Court issues its decision on petitioner' application for permission to appeal. In addition, since it does not plainly appear from the face of the petition that it should be summarily dismissed, the respondent is hereby ORDERED to answer or otherwise respond to the petition within 30 days from the date petitioner's state court remedies are exhausted.
