MEMORANDUM AND ORDER; The defendants are the Loudon County Sheriff's Department and Correctional Officers A. Ryner and Jordan Samuels. The Loudon County Sheriff's Department is not a suable entity within the meaning of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and it is DISMISSED from this action. Plaintiff will have 20 days from the date hereof to amend his complaint to state exactly how his constitutional rights were violated and the specific defendant or defendants who violated his constitutional rights.
