Memorandum Opinion and Order; Haddad's state-law claims are barred by the statute of limitations, so they are dismissed. As for the ADA claims, Haddad has not stated a prima facie case of failure to accommodate or retaliatio n. Summary judgment for 21st Mortgage on these claims is GRANTED. But Haddad has stated a prima facie case of disability discrimination, and she has provided evidence that 21st Mortgages stated reasons for firing her were pretextual. 21st Mortgage's motion on this claim is DENIED.
