MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The defendant's motion to dismiss, [Doc. 18 ], is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. For the reasons stated above, the plaintiffs have failed to state a claim under the FDCPA for "requesting different amounts," and that FDCPA claim is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Additionally, the plaintiffs have waived their opposition to dismissal of the EFTA claims by failing to oppose dismissal and Counts Seven through Nine are DIMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
