Filing 50 ORDER: Now before the Court is the Plaintiffs Motion for Deposition by Telephone 47 . The Plaintiff requests that the Court allow it to take telephonic depositions in preparation of the default judgment damages hearing against D efendant Harry Dees, which is currently set for April 26, 2017. Because the deponents are located in different cities and the damages hearing is approximately three weeks away, the Court GRANTS IN PART Plaintiffs Motion for Deposition by Telephone 47 .
