MEMORANDUM OPINION finding that the Petition for the Return of the Child [Doc. 1 ] shall be GRANTED. The Child SHALL be returned to Honduras to allow a Honduran court to determine who shall have custody of the Child. Respondent SHALL return the Child to Honduras, the Child's habitual residence.
