May 16, 2019	Filing 38 MEMORANDUM OPINION: Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 33] will be GRANTED IN PART, and the Commissioner's Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 34] will be DENIED. This case will be REMANDED to the Social Security Administration with instructions that the ALJ re-evaluate whether Plaintiff meets the requirements of Listing 1.02, Listing 1.03, and Listing 1.04. Overall, in order to facilitate meaningful review, the ALJ should identify the applicable listed impairments and consider the record as a whole in determining whether Plaintiff satisfied the requisite Listing criteria. July 18, 2017	Filing 12 ORDER ; Now before the Court is the Plaintiff's Response to Order to Show Cause 11 filed on July 17, 2017. Counsel "requests such additional time as the court will allow to accomplish service in this case." [Doc. 1 1 at 2]. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS an extension of time to allow the Plaintiff to accomplish service in this case. The Plaintiff shall have thirty days (30) from the date of this Order to perfect service. The Plaintiff is ADMONISHED that shoul d service not be perfected within this time, the Court will recommend to the District Court that this matter be dismissed without prejudice.
