Filing 94 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION - Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in part. Because plaintiffs fail to create a genuine issue of fact regarding their § 1983 and derivative § 1988 claims and because defendants are entitled to judgment as a matter of law, the Court will DISMISS with prejudice plaintiffs' §§ 1983 and 1988 claims against all defendants. The Court will also DISMISS with prejudice plaintiffs' § 1985 claim. Plaintiffs' remaining state-law claims are DISMISSED without prejudice. Signed by District Judge Thomas A Varlan on 2/12/2020.
