It is further ORDERED that the defendant's motion to strike the jury demand (ECF No. 66) is GRANTED. The case will proceed to trial before the Court sitting withou t a jury. It is further ORDERED that the parties will appear via teleconference on October 14, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. for a status conference to establish a trial date and other case management deadlines.
