OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND GRANTING MOTION TO STRIKE JURY DEMAND. It is ORDERED that the defendant's motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 61) is GRANT ED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The plaintiff's claim discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. and the Tennessee Human Rights Act, Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-21-401, et seq. based on a hostile work env ironment is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The motion is DENIED in all other respects. It is further ORDERED that the defendant's motion to strike the jury demand (ECF No. 66) is GRANTED. The case will proceed to trial before the Court sitting withou t a jury. It is further ORDERED that the parties will appear via teleconference on October 14, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. for a status conference to establish a trial date and other case management deadlines.
