Filing 5 ORDER; Plaintiff has not paid the $400.00 filing fee, nor has he submitted the proper documents to proceed IFP; specifically, Plaintiff has not provided a certified copy of his inmate trust account for the previous six-month period. Because the Court cannot assess the merits of Plaintiff's IFP motion without such a statement, Plaintiff is DIRECTED to show this order to the administrators at the Knox County Jail, who are hereby DIRECTED to ensure that the custodian of Plaintiff's inmate trust account makes a copy of Plaintiff's inmate trust account statement, completes and signs the certificate, and provides Plaintiff with the certified copy of the necessary documents. Plaintiff shall have thirty days from the date of this Order to either pay the full filing fee or submit the required documents. The Clerk is therefore DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a blank copy of the form complaint for violation of civil rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983. Plaintiff SHALL complete, sign, and return the form within thirty days of the date of entry of this Order. If Plaintiff fails to return the form within the prescribed time, the Court will strike Plaintiff's initial "Complaint" #1 from the record.Signed by Chief District Judge Thomas A. Varlan on 10/10/18.
