ORDER: Plaintiff has not paid the $400.00 filing fee, nor has he submitted the proper documents to proceed IFP. Specifically, Plaintiff has not filed a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement for the previous six-month period. The Clerk's Office is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a blank, court-approved form to fill out and return to the Court. In addition, Plaintiff is DIRECTED to show this Order to the Anderson County Detention Facility administrators, who are hereby DIRECTED to ensure that the custodian of Plaintiff's inmate trust account completes and signs the certificate, and provides Plaintiff with the certified copy of the necessary documents.
