Schuchardt be SUSPENDED from the bar of the Eastern District of Tennessee for a period of two years commencing on December 10, 2019. At the expiration of one year, Schuchardt may apply to this Court for early reinstatement. Schuchardt's objections to the R&R [D. 18] are OVERRULED. After careful review of the record, the Court agrees with the R&R [D.14] and hereby ADOPT S it. Schuchardt's motion to vacate prior sanctions [D. 11] is DENIED. Schuchardt's motion to unseal the case is GRANTED. Schuchardt's motions for oral argument [D. 20] and a hearing [D. 21] are DENIED as untimely.
