August 9, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Presently before the Court is an Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (in forma pauperis)[Doc. 2] filed by Plaintiff, Laura Ellis. After a review of the application, it is hereby ORDERED that the Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs [Doc. 2] is GRANTED. The Clerk's Office shall send a service packet, to the extent necessary, to Plaintiff's counsel for completion and prompt return to the Clerk's Office which shall then forward the service packet to the United States Marshal for service. The United States Marshal shall advance all costs of service. However, if Plaintiff decides to provide her own service, Plaintiff will bear her own costs. Plaintiff is hereby put ON NOTICE that failure to serve the defendant(s) in the time required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m) may result in this action being dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute.
