ORDER: Plaintiffs motions for class certification #15 , #16 , and #17 are DENIED, and Plaintiff Duncans motion to join Plaintiffs #19 is DENIED. Accordingly, each Plaintiff shall have up to and including twenty-one (21) days from the date of entry of this order to file a notice with the Court indicating whether he wishes to proceed as the sole Plaintiff in a 1983 action for which he will be assessed the entire $350.00 filing fee. If any Plaintiff files a notice that he does not want to pursue his own cause of action or fails to timely comply with this order, this matter will be DISMISSED for failure to prosecute and/or comply with Court order as to that Plaintiff.
