ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: This matter is before the Court on a sua sponte review of the record. On March 5, 2020, Defendant Tennessee Valley Authority removed this civil action to this Court, from the Circuit Court of Anderson County, Tennessee. About one week later, Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint [Doc. 5]. Tennessee Valley Authority, however, has not responded to the amended complaint and Plaintiffs have taken no action to pursue default or any other relief. Plaintiffs are therefore ORDERED to SHOW CAUSE, within fourteen days of this Order's date, as to why the Court should not dismiss this action for failure to prosecute. See Order for details.
