Filing 6 ORDER Directing Monthly Payments be made from Prison Account of Jeremiah Ballew. Plaintiffs motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. 4] is GRANTED. Plaintiff is ASSESSED the civil filing fee of $350.00. The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail a copy of this memorandum and order to the custodian of inmate accounts at the institution where Plaintiff is now confined, to the Attorney General for the State of Tennessee, and to the Courts financial deputy. The Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate the Knox County Sheriffs Office and add Knox County as a Defendant. Plaintiffs claims of deliberate indifference regarding Defendants practices of cleaning and disease prevention shall PROCEED against all Defendants. The Clerk is hereby DIRECTED to send Plaintiff service packets (a blank summons and USM 285 form) for all Defendants. Plaintiff is ORDERED to complete the service packets and return them to the Clerks Office within twenty-one (21) days of entry of this memorandum and order.Signed by District Judge Thomas A Varlan on 1/13/21.
