Attorney Whitaker is not admitted to practice in this Court, and he does not intend to seek admission. Accordingly, the Clerk SHALL remove Attorney Whitaker in CM/ECF as counsel of record for Defendant Todd. Defendant Todd is hereby ADMONISHED that she is DEEMED to be proceeding pro se. The Court strongly encourages Defendant Todd to retain new counsel. Until she obtains substitute counsel, it is her obligation to stay up to date on the status of this case and comply with the deadlines set by the Court.
