April 5, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 35 ORDER: While the Court declines to enter an AEO order, the Court ADMONISHES Plaintiff that pursuant to the Protective Order, Confidential Material shall be maintained in strict confidence[.] [Doc. 31 p. 1]. Any violations of the Protective Order [Doc. 31] may result in sanctions.The Court further declines to order Plaintiff to attest to the statements in Defendants brief [See Doc. 33 pp. 56]. But the Court ORDERS the parties to meet and confer, in person or by video conference, within fourteen (14) days of this Memorandum and Order, to discuss these matters to alleviate concerns that any third-partys confidentiality has been exposed to others.3As a final matter, Plaintiffs brief outlines several discovery disputes and the parties previous unsuccessful attempts to work together. Both parties have attached emails that highlight these issues, and the unprofessionalism has seeped in Plaintiffs brief [Doc. 32 p. 1 (referring to defense counsels laziness]. Moving forward, the Court expects counsel in this case to work together and refrain from such unprofessionalism in the future as it is neither warranted nor helpful.
