ORDER: Plaintiff Relyant Global, LLC ("Relyant") initiated this action against Defendant Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) ("Merchants"), invoking the Court's diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332. The Complaint does not identify the citizenship of Relyant's members. In a diversity action, the citizenship of an LLC is based on the citizenship of each of its members. Accordingly, to allow the Court to determine whether it has subject matter jurisdiction over this matter, Relyant is ORDERED to identify the citizenship of each of its members by December 23, 2022.
