ORDER granting Respondent's "Motion for Extension" of time to respond to Petitioner's 2255 motion #3 . Counsel for Petitioner informed the Court that Petitioner does not oppose Respondent's Motion. Further, Petitioner will suffer no prejudice from an extension of Respondent's deadline to respond. And an extension would give Respondent sufficient time to prepare and file a fulsome response.
