Filing 12 MEMORANDUM OPINION: For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiffs motions to proceed in forma pauperis [Docs. 1, 5] will be DENIED pursuant to 1915(g), all pending motions [Docs. 3, 6, 7, 11] will be DENIED as moot, and the instant action will be DISMISSED without prejudice to Plaintiff paying the filing fee in full within thirty (30) days of the date of entry of this Order and thereby reinstating the case. Regardless of whether Plaintiff prepays the filing fee to reinstate this case, Plaintiff will be ASSESSED the full filing fee of $402.00.
