ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Objections to R&R Regarding Jurisdiction [Doc. 6]. On April 20, 2023, the Court rejected as moot United States Magistrate Judge Jill E. McCook's Report and Recommendation [Doc. 4] so that she could issue a new report and recommendation in which she takes into account Plaintiff's newly filed pleading [Doc. 5] when performing her analysis under 28 U.S.C. 1915. [Order, Doc. 7]. On the same date, Plaintiff filed objections to Judge McCook's report and recommendation. [Pl.'s Objs., Doc. 7]. Because the Court rejected as moot Judge McCook's report and recommendation, Plaintiff's objections to that report and recommendation are hereby OVERRULED as moot.
