ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Defendant Nationwide General Insurance Company's Notice of Remand [Doc. 9]. A few weeks ago, Nationwide removed this case from state court to this Court, claiming that diversity-of-citizenship jurisdiction existed among the parties. Now, however, Nationwide states that Plaintiffs, through an amended complaint, have named a non-diverse defendant who undoes the existence of diversity jurisdiction among all parties, and Nationwide therefore acknowledges that the remand of this case to state court is appropriate. In the absence of federal subject-matter jurisdiction, the Court hereby REMANDS this case to the Chancery Court for Sevier County, Tennessee.
