March 21, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 5 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: the Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to state a claim against Defendants Thorton and Blackwelder. These two Defendants are DISMISSED as parties in this case. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff two service packets, each of which consists of a blank summons and USM 285 form. Plaintiff is ORDERED to complete the service packets and return them to the Clerks Office within twentyone( 21) days of the date of this Order. Also, Plaintiff SHALL pr omptly notify the Court of any address changes, and he is ADVISED that his failure so to do, within fourteen (14) days of any such change, see E.D. Tenn. L.R. 83.13, will result in the dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to prosecute under Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Signed by District Judge Harry S Mattice, Jr on 3/21/2017.
