Filing 12 ORDER denied as moot #11 Motion to Dismiss. On October 26, 2018, the parties filed a stipulation of dismissal without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), [Doc. 10]. As required by the cited Rule, the stipulation was signed by all parties that had appeared in this lawsuit. In accordance with the parties' stipulation, the case was closed. Now before the Court is the plaintiffs' motion to dismiss without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), [Doc. 11], requesting the Court for the issuance of an order allowing [plaintiffs] to dismiss this matter voluntarily, without prejudice.
