In accordance with the accompanying memorandum opinion, this pro se prisoner's civil rights action brought under 42 U.S.C. 1983 is DISMISSED with prejudice for want of prosecution, McGore v. Wrigglesworth, 114 F.3d 601, 605 (6th Cir. 1997) overruled on other grounds by Jones v. Bock, 549 U.S. 199 (2007), and for failure to comply with Court orders pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. 1] is DENIED.
