ORDER by Judge Mashburn : With regard to docket entry #5, the debtor has filed a motion seeking an order establishing plan confirmation procedures and deadlines. However, the requested dates would establish a deadline for voting and filing plan objections before the meeting of creditors and before a status conference would normally be conducted. Although the Court generally favors moving Subchapter V cases along on a fairly fast track, no justification was given in the motion for establishing a process that would require voting before all basic information has been made available to creditors and parties in interest. Therefore, the Court will enter a confirmation procedures order with dates somewhat later than requested, assuring that voting and plan objections are not required until a reasonable time after the meeting of creditors and after the status conference.
