MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Accordingly, Plaintiff's Applicationto proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. The Plaintiff is herewith ASSESSED the civil filing fee of $350.00. Therefore, all defendants, with the exception of Warden Lindamood, a re DISMISSED from this action.
