Filing 7 ORDER: By Order entered March 5, 2020 (Docket Entry No. 6), the Court referred this pro se employment discrimination case to the Magistrate Judge for pretrial proceedings under 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1), Rule 72 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Local Rules of Court. As Plaintiff was advised in the March 5, 2020, Order, he is responsible for returning a completed service packet for Defendant so that service of process can be issued to Defendant. If Plaintiff fails to timely return a completed service packet, his prosecution of the case will be jeopardized and the case may be dismissed. Pursuant to Rule 26(a)(1)(A) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the parties are exempt from the initial disclosures required by Rule 26(a) and the requirements of Rule 26(f). Pursuant to Local Rule 16.01(c)(1), this case is exempt from customized case management. By separate order, the Court will enter a scheduling order setting out deadlines for the progression of this case. The Clerk is directed to send all orders entered in this case to the pro se Plaintiff by regular, first class mail (only), unless otherwise directed by the Court.
