Filing 4 ORDER denying #2 Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. For these reasons, the application (Doc. No. 2) is DENIED without prejudice to Plaintiff's ability to submit a second, properly supported application. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff a new blank application to proceed in forma pauperis and a copy of Administrative Order 93.
