September 11, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 11 ORDER: Two related matters are now pending before the Court: Nebel v. U.S. Bank National Association, et al., Case No. 3:20-cv-00330 (U.S. Bank), and Nebel, et al., v. American Express Company (American Express), Case No. 1:20- cv-00043. The Court held an initial case management conference in American Express on September 10, 2020. Based on the representations of counsel made in that conference, the Court finds that holding a joint initial case management conference addressing both actions will serve the interests of judicial economy. Accordingly, an initial case management conference in both cases is set on October 21, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. The initial case management conference set in U.S. Bank on September 29, 2020, is CANCELLED. Before the joint initial case management conference, counsel for all parties in both cases shall meet and confer to determine if consolidation of the cases for purposes of discovery or entering a coordinated discovery schedule is appropriate. By October 19, 2020, the parties shall file joint proposed initial case management orders in both actions.
