Plaintiff's payment or supported application must be received in this Court within 30 days of the date this Order is entered on the docket and must include the docket number assigned to this case: No. 1:20-cv-0058. Plaintiff is cautioned that if he does not comply with this Order within the time frame specified, or if he fails to promptly notify the Court of any change in his address, this action may be dismissed for failure to prosecute and for failure to comply with the Court's Order.
