Filing 6 ORDER: Accordingly, this case is hereby STAYED, except for service of process as directed below, and the Clerk is directed to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE this case. Further, the Clerk is directed to terminate the motion for protective order (Docket No. #4 ) as moot, subject to refiling by Plaintiff or to reinstatement by the Court. Notwithstanding the stay, Plaintiff must promptly proceed with service of process on Defendants and is reminded that failure to timely serve process may result in dismissal of this case without prejudice. Plaintiff must also serve a copy of this Order on Defendants or their counsel. Promptly upon service of process, counsel must enter notices of appearance on behalf of Defendants, notwithstanding the stay. The initial case management conference scheduled for July 11, 2023 is CANCELLED to be reset by later order if appropriate. Within 28 days of the Sixth Circuit's decision in Does #1-9 v.
