Filing 8 ORDER: Braddie E. Sullivan, an inmate at the South Central Correctional Facility, filed a Complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983 and submitted an in forma pauperis application. Because Plaintiff demonstrates that he does not have sufficient funds to pay the full filing fee in advance, the application (Doc. No. #7 ) is GRANTED and a $350 filing fee is ASSESSED. The warden of the facility in which Plaintiff is currently housed, as custodian of his trust account, is DIRECTED to submit to the Clerk of Court, as an initial payment. The Clerk of Court SHALL send a copy of this Order to the warden of the facility in which Plaintiff is currently housed to ensure compliance with that portion of 28 U.S.C. 1915 pertaining to the payment of the filing fee. The Motion (Doc. No. #6 ). is GRANTED. Plaintiff MUST file an amended complaint against all Defendants within 30 days of the date this Order appears on the docket. The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff a blank Complaint for Violation of Civil Rights (Prisoner) (Pro Se Form 14). Signed by District Judge William L. Campbell, Jr on 03/18/24.
