August 17, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 33 ORDER: The Magistrate Judge held a telephonic case management conference with counsel for the parties on August 17, 2020. There are several motions pending that address the Court's jurisdiction and the scope of this action, including Plaintiffs Dwayne T. Spencer and Tammy Spencer's motion to remand to state court (Doc. No. 12) and motion for leave to amend (Doc. No. 18) and Defendant Caracal USA, LLCs motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction (Doc. No. 29). In light of these motions, counsel agreed that the initial case management conference and the setting of a case management schedule should be continued to October 19, 2020, at 2:30 p.m. Central Time. The conference is therefore RESET to that date and time. The parties shall file a revised proposed initial case management order that includes specific dates for all case management deadlines by no later than October 16, 2020. Should Plaintiffs determine that limited jurisdictional discovery is required to respond in opposition to Caracal USA's motion to dismiss, they shall file a motion requesting that discovery before the deadline to respond in opposition to the pending motion.
