ORDER: Plaintiff Jeffery Lynn Tabor, a pre-trial detainee in the custody of the Cumberland County Justice Center in Crossville, Tennessee, filed a pro se complaint against Amanda Worley, Casey Cox, and Cumberland County, Tennessee, alleging violations of Plaintiff's civil rights. (Doc. No. #1 ). Plaintiff also filed an Application for Leave for Proceed In Forma Pauperis. (Doc. No. #2 ). Plaintiff's Application is incomplete. If seeking pauper status, a prisoner- plaintiff must provide a certified copy of his inmate trust fund account statement for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of his complaint as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2).
