July 24, 2009	Filing 13 ORDER GRANTING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND WAIVING BOND re 7 MOTION for Preliminary Injunction. Accordingly, the Court hereby enters a preliminary injunction against the Deft requiring the timely future payment of contributions and submission of all monthly payroll reports. All payments presently owing and all payroll reports presently due shall be submitted to Pltf within 20 days of the date of entry of this order. Pltf has also moved to waive any requirement for security in connection with issuance of the preliminary injunction.
